I love Khir (Rice Pudding)My favorite Gujarati Dish. I love Dhoklas and yes, Gujarati cuisine is one of my favorites! šPalak Paneer (Yummm!!!) This one is my brother’s favorite š & This is one of my favorites too. It is a delicious dish made with spinach and cheese curry. It is an Punjabi or North Indian dish. šI love to eat Rasgullas š (Spongy Cheese balls soaked in Suger Syrup). Trust me, This is mouth watering š šI loveeee South-Indian food! š Idli-Sambar is my favorite South-Indian dish. Idli is steamed cake of rice, usually served with Sambar (a vegetable stew/soup made with tamarind, spices and pigeon peas or toovar dal.) I love to eat idli with both sambar and coconut chutney. ā¤
